My Background
I started my journey in Complementary Therapies back in 2000, embracing the new millennium with a new career. But this turned out to be much more than just a job for me; it transformed my life. I discovered that providing treatments was just as therapeutic for me as it was for my clients.
With a deep understanding of the human body and a passion for elevating industry standards, I have had the pleasure of teaching Massage and Anatomy diploma classes for many years.
I am dedicated to continuously updating my knowledge and staying informed about new techniques through regular postgraduate training. My approach goes beyond Sports Massage, focusing on aiding recovery and rehabilitation to support your overall well-being.

My Approach
I always like to see results and take great pride in my work, helping others to feel their best whether that’s relief from the tight and tired achy muscles, rehabilitation and regaining your normal mobility or pure relaxation.
Every person and every day is different. I take a look at the whole you, taking time with you and consider how you are today. Working holistically to get the best out of our time together, mixing and matching techniques needed for today.
To get optimum results I may even give you homework to do; little hints and tips of things you can do at home to really support the work we have done together in the clinic. The teacher in me is always there!
